1. HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS?
To return your product, [ Please send us an email to email@example.com ] or send us a message from our website under "contact us". We will respond back with a prepaid shipping label. To complete your return, we need your order# which can be found on invoice.
Please remember to include a note on your order invoice on what exactly you would like to do with your return / exchange.
Our return policy lasts 14 days; If the 14th day has gone by since your purchase, we can’t process a refund or exchange on order. ***Please be sure to process returns with correct shipping carrier provided on return label by the 14th day***
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Must have original tags attached, free from wear and tear.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Final sale items cannot be refunded.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to post back to your payment method once email confirmation is sent. Due to high demand items sent back can take 1-3 weeks upon return. The sooner you send items back the quicker the refund is processed.

6. WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All orders placed online are typically processed and shipped within 24-72hrs. (In cases where orders are extended out and shipping is delayed, customers will be notified by email). Also items listed as "pre-orders" will be posted with shipping dates before checkout. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.
